Letters from Santa

All personalised letters from Santa are sent via Royal Mail. 1st class takes 1-3 working days arrive, 2nd class takes around 5 working days to arrive once dispatched from the date requested when ordering. During busy periods some areas may take a little longer.

Videos are sent by email in 7 working days. Please check spam or junk folders if you can not see it in your inbox.

All other products

Are sent using Royal Mail and take around 3 working days to arrive. During busy periods Royal Mail can take up to 7 days.
