As we send all letters from Santa via 1st/2nd class we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery date. – We do guarantee delivery before Christmas when ordered before 20th Dec 2025.

On rare occasions letters that are sent together can be separated in the postal system and delivered on different days and this is beyond our control.
